Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is provided only to the original end-user purchaser of products purchased from Stellamove Co., Ltd. or from an authorized reseller or distributor. Stellamove represents and warrants to the original end-user purchaser that the product shall materially conform to the published specifications of product. This Limited Warranty is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases or otherwise obtains the product from the end-user purchaser. The end-user should make reasonable efforts to communicate information requested by Stellamove for purposes of troubleshooting and discovering possible causes of the problem. Stellamove reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time.
Warranty period
Up to one year from the date of purchase by original end-user purchaser (if no proof of the product purchase date is available, up to one year from the data of manufacture of the product). If you find any defects in material or workmanship of product within the warranty period, Stellamove will support you with the necessary parts and clear instructions to repair the product. After a repair, firmware upgrade or replacement, the warranty period will continue from the date of original purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is not applicable to any other than defects in assembled parts, design, and workmanship. This warranty is not responsible for objects, or the application or use of objects, arising or created from use of product. As for our kits, although individual components are covered under warranty, but do not include repair service or shipping cost for our in-house technicians.
This warranty is voided by:
l Any damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation by the end-user.
Any damage or defect caused by improper use, maintenance or operation of the product.
Any damage due to long-term lack of maintenance.
Using the product in improper conditions (temperature, dustiness, ...).
Using upgrades (be it hardware or software), consumables or parts that are not officially supported.
Normal, expected wear and tear caused by using the product for its intended purpose.
Improper handling during shipping.
Any damage caused by force majeure (lightning, fire, floods, earthquake, or any other events beyond human control)
How to handle a warranty case
During the warranty period, any warranty case must be submitted to our official support channels through e-mails regarding the issues. If you purchased the product from a reseller, please contact us first so that Stellamove can help you diagnose the problem. Stellamove will inspect the reported claim and determine whether the warrant may apply and which actions may be taken in order to resolve the problem. In the event a product defect is covered by the warranty, Stellamove or a reseller will either send the necessary spare parts to fix the nonconforming parts, or repair or replace the non-conforming product. If the return is approved and that return instructions are followed, Stellamove will cover the costs of repair and/or replacement. Depending on the case, replacement parts or products will either be new or refurbished products of similar functionality. Upon us request, the end-user may be required to send the nonconforming parts or products back to Stellamove. If nonconforming parts or products are not returned, Stellamove may charge a fee for these unreturned parts or products.
Information needed for a warranty case:
1. The number of the original invoice containing the product (and the product's serial number).
2. A detailed description of the problem along with the clear evidence of its presence (e.g., photos or videos)
3. List of products used in conjunction with the nonconforming parts or products Purchaser’s contact details
