Refunds & Returns
If you don’t like the product, or you have changed your mind about it, you are eligible for a return within 30 days after delivery.
Before the order is shipped
If the order has not been shipped, you can request a refund at any time. This way we can immediately cancel the order and process the claim. Once the refund process is completed on our side, you will receive a full refund via the payment method you initially used.
Shipped and/or delivered order
If the order has been shipped, you are eligible to return within 30 days after delivery. Opened packaged products, and other sealed parts, or consumables, which are opened and/or used, are not eligible for return.
Return process
Shipped products have to be returned to Stellamove before we can proceed with the refund.
Return request
⊙ Please send e-mail to us, with the subject and description with:
i. The original invoice number of the order you want to return
ii. A short statement informing that you want to return it

⊙ Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return.
⊙ If you wish to use your own carrier/shipping method, you must provide us with a tracking number and we take no responsibility for damaged or lost shipments.

A. Once received, we will inspect the returned product and issue the refund after evaluation.
Refund process for shipped orders
The returned products will be checked for damaged or missing parts. Discrepancies could influence the refundable amount. Once the refund process is completed on our side, you will receive a refund via the payment method you initially used. Only the product and initial shipping cost will be refunded. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the product. The return shipping costs are non-refundable. Unannounced returns to us will cause serious delays of any potential refunds or replacements.
